In case of repeated violations or frequent spam complaints, the number may be permanently blocked.
Adding a user to a group may be unavailable if:
— the user has blocked you;
— the user previously left the group;
— you are not a group administrator;
— the user is not saved in your contact list;
— the user’s privacy settings prohibit being added to groups.
The QR code may fail to scan if:
— the internet connection is unstable;
— the page with the QR code needs to be refreshed;
— the QR code is open in multiple tabs simultaneously (leave only one tab open);
— the phone camera lens is dirty.
If the issue persists, update the WhatsApp application and try again.
Go to the line settings, click “Unlink Account,” then scan the QR code from the WhatsApp mobile application of the required account.
The client’s name is generated based on the data associated with the phone number:
— if the number is saved in the address book, the contact name is used;

Broadcasts can be launched via WhatsApp, but it is not recommended to send broadcasts to more than approximately 50–80 contacts — WhatsApp is not designed for mass messaging and may restrict/block the number. For mass messaging, WhatsApp Business API is used — an official channel intended for bulk messaging.
Special tools are available for WhatsApp broadcasts:
— ChatApp Smart Broadcast — allows you to set a sending time range, personalize messages, and send them gradually, reducing the risk of blocking;
— Broadcast via Bitrix24.
To reduce the risk of number blocking:
— limit the number of employees working in WhatsApp simultaneously (no more than 3–4);
— send messages to no more than 200 recipients per day;
— include an unsubscribe option in broadcasts;
— increase intervals between message sending;
— do not include the employee’s name in the message signature — WhatsApp may treat this as repetitive messaging.
For broadcasts with minimal risk of blocking, use WhatsApp Business API.
