    Quick responses 2.0

    Quick replies are used in typical scenarios: for greetings, answers to frequently asked questions, notifications, instructions, etc.

    Go to the “Automations” section (left sidebar menu) → “Quick Replies 2.0” and click the “+” button to add a section. Enter the section name and click “Save”.

    After creation, a gear icon will appear for the section. Through it, you can:

    delete the section — when deleted, the section is removed together with all quick replies inside it;
    invite an employee by email and grant them access to a specific quick replies section (for viewing or editing).

    Go to the section. If necessary, you can create folders to group quick replies — to do this, click the “+” button with the folder icon.

    To create a quick reply, click the “+” button with the document icon, enter the quick reply name, and add the text. When selecting text, formatting tools are available. Click “Save”. To delete a quick reply or a folder, click the trash icon.

    ⚠️ Important: if employees need to use quick replies, they must be invited to the project and assigned a role with access to quick replies, see the instructions for details. An invitation via the gear icon grants access only to a specific quick replies section, while inviting an employee to the project allows granting access to all quick replies sections, see the instructions for details.

    How to use quick replies in daily work

    Quick replies are used when working with chats in Scenario Dialogs.

    Open a chat with a client. In the message input field, click the hash (#) button.
    Go to “Quick Replies”. A window with available quick replies sections will open. When opening a section, a list of quick replies is displayed by name. You can find the required quick reply using the search or select it manually by expanding the section.

    Select a quick reply — its content will be displayed. To insert a quick reply into the message input field, press Shift + Enter, or copy the text using the “Copy” button and paste it manually.
