    Viber Bot

    Starting from February 5, 2024, creating a Viber Bot has become paid — in accordance with Viber platform rules.
    Viber Bots created before February 5, 2024, continue to operate normally without any restrictions.

    — Maintenance of each bot — €100 per month.
    — The first welcome message remains free.
    — Replies to user messages are free within 24 hours.
    — If the bot initiates a conversation again, the first message is charged.
    The cost depends on the region: for Russia — €0.0196 (≈ ₽2). More details are provided by the Viber platform.

    1. Fill out the form to submit a request for bot creation.

    2. After creation, you will become its administrator.

    3. The token will appear in your Viber account. To obtain it, go to: More → Settings → Bots → Edit Info → Your app key.

    Viber Bot receives incoming inquiries and helps automate communication with customers.
    Set up automation so that chats are distributed between departments or specific employees. Viber Bot supports message buttons — see the instructions for details on how to send them.

    Connecting Viber in ChatApp

    To connect to ChatApp, you will need a Viber Bot token.

    Step 1. In your personal account, open the “Lines” section and select the line with the Viber Bot channel — the line settings window will open.

    Step 2. Click the “Connect” button next to the Viber Bot channel.

    Step 3. Paste the Viber Bot token and the sender name.

    Step 4. After successful connection, the sender name and bot token will be displayed. In the same window, you can disable the Viber Bot if necessary. After connection, the token and Viber Bot name will be displayed next to the channel.

    Chats will appear in Scenario Dialogs as soon as customers start messaging you.
