Inviter
Inviter is a tool for adding contacts to Telegram or WhatsApp groups by sending group invitations through connected channels within a line. Configuration is performed in the ChatApp Personal Account and does not require the use of third-party services. After launch, invitations to join the group are automatically sent to the selected contacts.
Important: sending invitations is available only to users with the Administrator role in the group. The Inviter supports work with Telegram groups only — Telegram channels are not supported.
Step 1. Creating an Inviter
Go to the ChatApp Personal Account → Automation section → Inviter.
Select the messenger for which the inviter will be configured: Telegram or WhatsApp.
Step 2. Configuring the Sending Schedule
Specify the record name.
Select working days.
Set the start and end dates.
Define the time interval.
Specify the invitation sending range.
Recommended intervals:
Telegram — at least 20 minutes between invitations.
WhatsApp — at least 1 minute between invitations.
Failure to comply with the intervals may result in account suspension.
Step 3. Selecting a Line and Group
Select the sending line (multiple lines can be selected).
Select the group (multiple groups can be selected).
Click “Load groups.”
Step 4. Adding Contacts
Important: in WhatsApp, you can invite only users who are added to the sender account’s contacts.
Contacts are displayed in a table. Adding contacts is possible in the following ways:
1. Manual addition
Click “Manual contact addition.”
Select the identification method:
Telegram — phone number, @username, chat ID;
WhatsApp — phone number.
Enter the data.
Click “Add.”
2. Uploading dialogs from a line
Select a line.
Click “Load dialogs from line.”
All dialogs from the selected line will be added to the table.
3. Import from file
Click “Import from file.”

Fill in the file and upload it.
Click “Add.”
Step 5. Saving
After filling in all parameters, click “Save.”
Managing Invitation Sending
Go to the management menu and select an action:
“Start” — begin sending;
“Edit” — modify parameters and add contacts;
“View statuses” — view sending results;
“Pause” — temporarily stop;
“Stop” — completely terminate sending;
“Delete” — delete the record.
After launch, invitations are sent according to the configured settings.
Work Statuses
The current status is displayed in the “Status” column:
“Ready to start” — awaiting activation;
“In progress” — sending is being performed;
“Completed” — sending has finished.
Sending Results
The report displays:
Number of processed requests — successfully sent invitations;
Number of failed requests — invitations that could not be sent.
