    Provide access to the integrator

    If you are working with an integrator, they may request access to your personal account. After access is granted, the integrator will be able to view information and perform the necessary actions in your ChatApp account.

    Do not share your personal account login and password with third parties. Access must be granted only through the built-in account functionality.

    How to Grant Access

    Step 1. Log in to your ChatApp personal account → in the left-hand menu, click the profile icon and open the “Security” section.
    Step 2. In the “Access” section, enable the “Integrators” toggle.
    Step 3. Select the access duration: permanent access or temporary access (specify the automatic expiration date).

    After that, the integrator will receive access to your personal account.
