/stopbot – the command performs a complete stop of the bot for the current session, namely, the processes are stopped:
- collection of additional information
- subscriptions
- collecting feedback
- out-of-hours notices
- dialog close notifications
Only the employee sees the /stopbot command.
For example, if the chat bot requests additional information from the client and it is necessary to interrupt the bot’s work, then the command is used /stopbot
