How to chat
In Altegio, you can send a message to a client (write first), but incoming messages from the client are not displayed within Altegio itself.
To receive incoming messages and manage conversations, use Scenario Dialogs.

There are two ways to send a message to a client:
Via the “Client card”
Step 1. Open the client card → click “Send message” → enter the text.
Step 2. Select the channel (SMS) → click “Send”.
Via the “Client appointment card”
Step 1. Open the client’s appointment in the calendar → go to the “Visit notifications” section.
Step 2. Enter the text → select the channel (SMS) → click “Send”.
The message is sent via the connected ChatApp channel.
If multiple channels are connected, the primary channel is used.
Setting up the “primary sending channel”
Step 1. Go to “Administration” → “Integrations” → “Installed” → ChatApp → “Settings”.
Step 2. Click the pencil icon next to the required branch.
Step 3. Arrange the channels by priority: the first one in the list is the primary channel.
