If you initiate more than 50 dialogues per month, the Starter plan will not meet your needs.

Dialogue counting rules:
• All communication with the same customer until the end of the current billing period counts as one dialogue.
• The number of messages exchanged within a dialogue does not affect the limit.
Example:
If you send a customer one message, all further communication with that customer until the end of the current billing period is counted as a single dialogue.
• Unused dialogues do not carry over.
• Any remaining dialogues expire.
• Dialogue accumulation is not supported.
Example:
If you purchase the plan on July 1, your dialogue limit will reset on August 1. Unused dialogues are not added to the next billing period.
Once the limit has been reached:
• You will no longer be able to send messages to new customers or launch broadcasts.
• You will also be unable to send messages in chats you have already communicated in during the current billing period.
• Incoming messages will continue to appear in Scenario Dialogs.
• You can still communicate with customers directly through the native messenger.
These are standard limitations of the Starter plan.
Group chats are displayed in Scenario Dialogs and CRM systems, but replying in them or creating new group chats is not available on the Starter plan.
Please note: Renewing your plan before the end of the billing period does not increase the dialogue limit. The counter resets only at the beginning of the next billing period. If you need more dialogues immediately, upgrade your plan.
Go to the Lines section, where all purchased lines are displayed.
Each channel connected under the Starter plan has its own counter:
• 50 — all dialogues are available.
• 0 — the dialogue limit has been reached.
In Scenario Dialogs, once the limit is exhausted, a notification icon appears next to the chat. When you open the chat, the message input field will display a notification indicating that sending messages is unavailable because the dialogue limit has been reached.
In CRM systems, the message input field remains available. However, after sending a message, the following error is displayed:
“The maximum number of dialogues per month on your plan has been exceeded.”

• Wait until the beginning of the next billing period. The limit will be reset automatically, and another 50 dialogues will become available. Until then, communication with new customers will not be possible.
• Upgrade to the Professional or Maximum plan. The restrictions are removed immediately, conversations continue without interruption, and no additional configuration or reauthorization is required. Your existing channel authorization remains active—the plan simply unlocks additional capabilities.
When downgrading—from Professional or Maximum to Starter—you can switch only within the last 7 days of the current billing period.
If your current plan still has paid time remaining, it will remain active until the end of its billing period. The newly purchased plan will become active afterward.
Example:
When upgrading from Starter to Professional, the 50-dialogue limit is removed immediately, dialogues become unlimited, and you can continue working without interruption.
You can downgrade if there are 7 days or less remaining before your line expires, or if the line has already expired.
